Christian Mandala Posters

The word mandala is Sanskrit for circle, polygon, Triangle and interconnection. Mandalas have been used for inner healing, meditation, enhancing intuitive & sixth sense powers and to connect with the eternal universe. Mandalas have been known in India and Tibet since 3000 B.C. almost dating back to 5000 years. Mandalas have an intuitive, irrational character and through their symbolical content, exert a retroactive influence on the unconscious. They therefore possess a "magical" significance, like icons. The power and efficacy cannot be consciously felt by the user but it directly connects with the subconscious mind.

Mandalas are non religious in nature and have strong scientific basis. The famous Swiss Psychiatrist, Carl Jung has done intensive research on Mandalas. He states that Mandalas are the mirrors into which we project our psyche. He also states that Mandalas completes our personality brings about the "wholeness". Carl Jung used Mandalas in his Depth Psychology theory and practice to enrich the life of his patients.

The "Cross" and the five pointed star - 'Star Of Bethlehem" are the holiest of symbols in Christianity. The "Cross" signifies the great sacrifice made by Jesus Christ for the sake of humanity. This holy symbol has been giving tremendous peace and comfort to hundreds of millions for the past 2000 years. The Star Of Bethlehem is the five pointed star that signifies the birth of infant Jesus. This symbol signifies hope and progress.

The mandalas are printed on glossy posters using a high resolution ink jet printer. This process of printing known as Gicle and is currently practiced by most leading painters to make a perfect copy of their paintings work. Ours is a CANON Ultra High Resolution Digital printer.
